Kristin Omdahl, PSP, CSM is a dog sport enthusiast, certified project leader and team leader currently working in the IT industry.
She also founded her own company, Focused Futures, that helps people accomplish more things that matter to them via training and coaching on the systems, mindsets, and processes that can help anyone get organized and achieve more productive momentum towards their goals.
As an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master responsible for managing software development projects, Kristin is well versed in leading teams and guiding customers in activities such as goal setting, determining what work has the most value, how to break down those big efforts and dreams, prioritizing, estimating and planning at multiple levels. She coaches and trains regularly on different frameworks for getting things done.
Kristin especially loves mentoring teams and individuals on how to manifest the mindset to pair with the best processes that will work for them and their personal situation. She has had great success in helping people identify the outcomes they desire, then creating the goals, plans and systems needed to achieve the things that matter most to them.
Presenting for Brain Camp gives Kristin a unique opportunity to marry the skills honed in her professional career with her love of dog training and competing in agility, barn hunt and obedience. She has earned multiple championship titles across various venues and disciplines. Kristin currently shares her life with her husband, and two Miniature Schnauzers (Reacher and Ronin).
